About Lollipop Fans
Lollipop Fans is a social platform that brings together creators and fans alike to develop authentic and unique connections. This is where creators like you can unleash limitless creativity while getting paid for it. We have all that's necessary to monetise your fan base via image posting, video posting, live streaming, inbox features, secret messages, face-to-face video calls and so much more.
Account
All you need to do is to register an account with your email address. Next, check your email for a verification email. Click on the verification link and proceed to log in using your registered email.
Yes, you are required to be at least 18 years old to register for a Lollipop Fans account.
If you are unable to log in with your registered username and password, it could be that your account has been suspended due to violations of our Privacy Policy or Terms & Conditions. You may contact our customer support for further review and assistance.
Go to Settings > Change Password, enter all necessary fields and click “Save changes” to reset your password.
On the login page, click “Forgot Your Password?”. A password reset link will be sent to your email address. Check your email, click on the link and you may reset your password accordingly.
Yes, you can delete your account. However, before your account is permanently deleted, we will suspend your account for 180 days to prevent your account from being accidentally closed or in case you change your mind or need access to some content on this account before it is permanently gone.\r
During this waiting period, your account still exists but will be marked as closed. If you wish to reopen your account, simply contact our customer support within these 180 days. We will cancel the account closure, and all content will remain as is.

Usage Requirements
Our platform does not condone any services, activities, or content that are illegal and fraudulent. Accounts will be banned if we find violations of our privacy policy or terms and conditions. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy and terms and conditions.
Yes, you can post content which contains sales, advertising or promotional content.
Content Posting
Click on the “+” button to start creating posts. From there, you may type your text as a caption and choose your media to upload. You can upload and attach multiple images, videos or even audios. If you wish to set who can comment on your post, you may do so through the comment settings. You can also change the post type to the following:\r

- Free post: Anyone can view for free. \r
- Paid post: All users will see paid posts in “locked” mode. Users can only unlock and view the post upon paying the subscription fee or viewing fee set by the content creator. \r
- Premium post: All users will see premium posts in “locked” mode. Users can only unlock and view the post upon paying the premium post viewing fee set by the content creator. \r
Go to the post you wish to edit, click the “⋮” icon on the top right corner and select “Edit Post”. From there, you can edit the text, attachments, comment settings or change the post type.
Go to the post you wish to remove, click the “⋮” icon on the top right corner and select “Delete Post”. At the pop-up, click “Delete Now” to confirm the deletion of your post.
Message
Yes, our platform has a messaging feature which allows any registered user to send messages to one another on this platform.
Secret Messages are messages sent by Content Creators and can only be viewed after paying a certain fee which is pre-set by the Content Creator.
Subscriptions
Subscribing to a Content Creator not only allows you to view status updates and postings by that Content Creator directly on your feed, but it also gives you exclusive access to premium content posted by that Content Creator.
Go to the Content Creator’s profile and click the “SUBSCRIBE” button. You will see a pop-up showing the subscription fee set by the content creator. From there, you may choose your preferred subscription period. Click “SUBSCRIBE NOW” to confirm your subscription.
Diamonds
Diamonds are Lollipop Fans’ platform currency. Users can purchase Diamonds to subscribe, buy gifts, send tips to Content Creators or unlock premium posts and secret messages.
On the top right corner of your wallet page, you will see a “Diamond” icon. Click on the “+” next to the “Diamond” icon to purchase Diamonds.
Gifts
As a Fan, you can purchase gifts to be sent to your Content Creators. There are 2 types of gifts:\r

- Basic: Basic gifts are default gifts set at fixed rates. \r
- Premium: Premium gifts are gifts which are customised and preset by Content Creators themselves. \r
Content Creators can only customise premium gifts that they would like to receive from Fans. Go to Settings > Gift Settings. From there, you may edit the name and value of your premium gifts.
Under the Content Creator’s post, you will see a “gift” icon. Click on the “gift” icon to send gifs. Alternatively, you can go to the Content Creator’s profile and click the “gift” icon. You may choose either “Basic” or “Premium” as your preferred gift to send. Once you have selected your gift, click the “SEND” button.
Tipping
You can tip your favourite Content Creators as a way to support or reward them for their content.
Under the Content Creator’s post, you will see a “Diamond” icon. Click on the “Diamond” icon to send tips. Alternatively, you can go to the Content Creator’s profile to click the “Diamond” icon. You may adjust the tip amount as you like.
My Wallet
Go to your Wallet page. At the top right corner, you may view your Diamond balance next to a “Diamond” icon. The amount shown is the total amount of your Diamonds.
A user’s wallet allows the user to check their balance, earnings and transaction history. This is also where users can perform deposits and withdrawals or purchase Diamonds.
Deposits
Go to your Wallet and click “Deposit”. At the Deposit page, copy the address or scan the QR code shown to your external wallet to proceed with payment.
Note that you can only send USDT to the deposit address and that the platform is not responsible for any loss of assets due to the use of wrong currencies or addresses. You may choose either USDT-TRC20 or USDT-ERC20 network. To check your transaction history or status, go to your Wallet page.

For deposits, the gas fee shall be borne by users. Note that rates may vary depending on the current network fee.
Withdrawals
To perform withdrawals, you are first required to complete KYC and 2FA setup. To make a withdrawal, go to your Wallet and click “Withdraw”. After setting up your payment methods, you may proceed to create a withdrawal request by entering all relevant information and 2FA code. Note that we only support withdrawals via the TRC20 network.
You can only cancel a withdrawal request when the transaction status shows pending, go to your Wallet and check your transaction history. Find and click the transaction that you would like to cancel. Proceed to cancel the withdrawal request by clicking the “Cancel Request” button.
A withdrawal request takes T+3 days to process.
For withdrawals, a 2.5% processing fee and 2.5% gas fee will be charged.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 USD.
Account Security
If you suspect your account has been hacked or compromised, please log in and attempt to change your password immediately. If you are unable to log in to your account, reset your password by clicking Forgot Your Password? on the login page. If you are still unable to access your account, please contact our customer support for assistance.
Two-factor authentication is recommended and encouraged to keep your account secure. Though it is not required to enable 2FA while using Lollipop Fans, you are required to enable 2FA in order to perform withdrawals.
KYC is needed for identity verification and is only mandatory for you to perform withdrawals.
Reporting
Go to the user’s profile and click the “⋮” icon. Select your reason for reporting the account and click the “REPORT NOW” button to submit your report request.
